3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must use Google OAuth to create an account
• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

Profile Requirements

• Profiles must be 100% complete to join events
• All information must be truthful and accurate
• Profile photos must be appropriate and of yourself
• You may only maintain one account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Share personal contact information publicly
• Engage in illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Events and Payments

Event Participation

• Events require payment before participation
• Payment amounts may vary by gender and event type
• Only users with complete profiles can join events
• Event attendance is subject to availability

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances
• You are responsible for all charges on your account
• Prices may change without notice

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend events, dissatisfaction with the service, or technical issues. Please ensure you can attend an event before making a payment.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SettingWala and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

In no event shall SettingWala be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of India.
